We want you to love your Sugarlips purchase. If you need a different size or received an incorrect item, you can request an exchange.

Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
●Unused and unwashed
●In original condition
●With all tags and packaging intact

Products with stains, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted unless they were received in that condition.

Valid Reasons for Exchange
●Wrong size received
●Wrong item delivered
●Manufacturing defect

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
●Innerwear
●Accessories
●Customized or personalized items
●Sale or limited-edition products

Exchange Process
1.Submit your exchange request through our return/exchange portal.
2.Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled.
3.If pickup is not available in your area, you may be requested to self-ship the product.
4.Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your exchange will be processed.

The entire exchange process may take 10–12 working days.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, our support team will assist you with the available options.
