Procedure For Exchange / Return

At Sugarlips, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you wish to request an exchange or return, please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery via email at infosugarlips2025@gmail.com
 or through WhatsApp/Call on +91 8265014150.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that the item be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

When raising your request, please share your invoice number along with clear images of the product and its tags. If your order includes multiple items, mentioning the specific Product ID will help us assist you better.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return details with you. You may then self-ship the product back to us in its original packaging along with the invoice.

After receiving the item, our team will conduct a quality check. Upon approval, we will either issue store credit for the product value or arrange for an exchange within 7–10 working days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.

While we strive to accommodate every request, Sugarlips reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Each item is eligible for exchange only once.
