At Sugarlips, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

For pre-order items, please allow an additional 10–12 business days for production before dispatch. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery once your order is ready.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or courier network disruptions.

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000 across India. Any applicable shipping charges for orders below this amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
